It's A New Season!

Hello Spring!

Hi everyone! I'm back with another Deflecto Craft project.

Spring season is one of my favorite ones as it the end of the little cold weather we are not used to here in Texas. I also enjoy welcoming the new season as it motivates me to clean and organize and when you have the right products Spring cleaning becomes even funner to do.

I am loving the outcome in my craftroom! It is looking nice and tidy and it feels so good! My husband only wished I would worry the same way about the whole house but eventually it will get there. He he!

Of course my Deflecto DT box would not be as fun without its known frames right?
So quickly I have to share how I used the 12" x 12" Clear Frame
I remember I had purchased these inspiration poster like papers so decided to use them. You just easily slide it in the back of the frame and it's a perfect display to motivate the day. Of course, you can change it as your mood changes or the season changes.

I decided it was time to organize my flowers, buttons and twine. In the picture below you can see I had all my flowers and buttons and other things put away in a large fabric bin where it could not be seen. Of course, I never used any of this because I would forget I had them.

So I decided to tackle this bin and organize everything on a more productive storage system.

To start my organization I used:
Deflecto Interlocking Tilt Bin Organizers, Five Bin
Deflecto Interlocking Tilt Bin Organizers, Six Bin

* These organizers are perfect to mix and match or stack as desired and make your ideal storage system.
* I absolutely love that they are clear. I can see easily what I have inside them and use it.
* They can also be wall mounted or use how I did, just on top of a tabletop.

You can also see this some additional Deflecto storage I used (in first two rows) to make my space more productively.

Deflecto Stackable Open Cube Organizer
Deflecto Tilt Bins 4 Pieces

 measures: 3 1/8 in. W x 2 1/2 in. D x 3 5/8 in.H

The two bigger ones in the row below measure:
Deflecto Interlocking Tilt Bin Organizers, Five Bin - 23 5/8"W x 4 1/2"H x 3 5/8"D

Below is another picture with some of the bins opened.
You can also take them out and I put on my desk closer to reach.
They can easily slide in and out.

I have lots more to organize but this is a great start. What are you doing to clean and organize? Do you also have a craft room? I would love to see.

This is all for now. Hope to hear from you soon.
Have a great day!
Rosie

Deflecto Helps Me Stay So Organized!

Hi everyone!

Today I want to share Deflecto's Interlocking Tilt Bin Storage Organizer. I am using these tilt bins for those little things us crafters need at arm's reach.  These bins are the perfect storage for the small space I have on the top of my crafty desk.  I love that they are clear and I am able to see what is exactly in them.

As you can see in the picture below I have stacked them vertically but you can stack or connect horizontally also. You can also set on a desk like I did or use on table, mount direct to wall or hang on mountain bar.

These clear bins tilt out effortlessly and stay open when in use;

and remove for easy cleaning and refilling.

The sizes of these bins are: 4 3/4"W x 5 1/2"H x 4 7/8"D

All these options for storage is exactly what I need to keep me tidy and ready to craft.
I can honestly say Deflecto is helping me keep my craftroom so organized and happy.

You can find them here:
Scrapbook.com, and Target Online.

Thank you for stopping by! Till next time,

Rosie

Valentine's Projects With Deflecto

Hello!

Thanks for stopping by. Today I am back with a Deflecto project, well actually two. :) I altered these frames for a Valentine's theme projects and I love the results, it was fast and easy.  Deflecto Craft Frames makes it easy with their clear frames and others to where we can just insert an image and/or embellish the outside of the frame.  Below are just some ideas of what I did.

On this pink frame I added the silver foil designs in the corners and on the edges of the frame using my own adhesive and then rubbing the foil I had left. You can see in picture below what I mean.

Here is my finished project:

Next I decided to create another one with a frame I had received previously from DT package.

Here I used Deflecto - Clear 8x10 Craft Frame
I did same process process but used
gold foil instead and different foil transfer designs.

Below you can find the supplies I used to create thess projects:

The hearts are 6" paper doilies I got from my local craft store.

I attached drawer pull at the top of frame with E6000 and it hold it perfectly to frame.

This is the Foil Transfer I used and Gold Foil.

Here is a close up pic of the silver foil. The foil sets perfectly to the acrylic frame. You might want to get transfer designs that have the adhesive attached already, it makes it so much easier.

The glare on the frames does not let the beautiful silver and gold foil show its true colors.
In person it is a lot prettier. If you have any questions, I will be more than happy to answer.

What are you creating for Valentine's Day?

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope I've inspired you with some love theme pieces.

You can find these products at Amazon, Scrapbook.com or Target online and
sometimes at Hobby Lobby. Make sure you check for the best prices.

Stay Organized In 2018 With Deflecto

If I am not crafting I am organizing my craft supplies and believe me, I enjoy it as much.  Although organizing is an all year process, for some reason the beginning of the new year its always more motivating to do it.

I have taken lots of photos to share with you on how Deflecto products help me stay organized.

First, I like to display positive inspiration every so often. I need it as a constant reminder of the great things in the world. The Deflecto frame if perfect to interchange slides of positive quotes. So I keep it like this close to my desk.

8 1/2"x11"  - Black Craft Frame. See here: Craft Frame

On my desk I also keep the Deflecto Marker Organizer. It helps me keep my tools, markers and other useful items at arm's reach.

Next, also at my desk I use the Stackable Cube Organizer "X" Divider and Stackable Cube Organizer Open to help me store my markers. I can take out easily and put back in place. I will soon invest in more of these cubes to store my complete collection of markers with the cubes.

On the opposite side I also keep more cubes for my color pencils and more markers.

Next to my markers I also have the Deflecto Stackable Cube Organizer 2 Drawer
It fits perfectly on my desk holding many of my daily used items.

Another great item I use to organize my many metal dies is the Craft-Magnetic-Sheets. I love that they come 10 in a pack, plenty for our big collection of dies right?

I easily cut them to size and then organize my dies by brand and put in
wood boxes as seen on the pic below.

Without a doubt the Stackable Caddy Organizer has been one of my all time favs. It can hold so much and best of all I can trasport it anywhere I want. All you have to do is attach the Deflecto Wheel Base and it moves freely. You can also add as many caddies as you wish.

And last but not least, I have the Craft Tilt Bin. It has amazing features, you can:
  • Mix and match to create your ideal storage system
  • Interlocking, dovetail design allows you to stack and connect units together to form a custom modular system
  • Clear bins tilt out effortlessly and stay open while in use; remove easily for cleaning and refilling
  • Great for craft and scrapbooking storage, sewing supplies, and more.
  • Can be wall mounted or used on tabletop

As you can see Deflecto has many organizing options. I am sure you will find one that fits your needs.

The products I have used here you can find at: Scrapbook.com, Target, and Hobby Lobby. I have no doubt they will make your crafty life easier and funner. You can always contact me for any additional questions.

So till next time.... I leave you with the "Big Picture" of my Crafty Organized Corner.

Best Wishes for 2018!

It's almost Christmas!

Hi everyone!

I am back with another Deflecto DT project. Wow! 2017 just flew by right? It seems like each year time goes by faster.  I love this time around because I get so much inspiration from the festive season. Usually towards the end of November I start preparing and organizing my Xmas stash closer to reach.  I like to have it all or most of it ready for creating my holiday projects. This time of course I have the great products from Deflecto to help me achieve this.

I love the Deflecto Caddy Organizer System. It helps me keep my holiday crafty supplies in one place. I also decided to embellish it a little by adding washi tape an distinguised my Xmas caddy from my other caddys previously owned with other supplies.  I like that the caddys is made to stack and move around easily with the Deflecto Caddy Wheel Base.

You can pile as many as you want, I have four and plan on getting more.

Here is what I used to embellish my Xmas caddy:

Not much is required to give it a festive look right?

I can also remove it easily and put it on my desk.

I also decorated every clear container.

On the top and sides too.

I opened the containers so can see there is enough room to store your supplies.
The containers come in three different sizes.

I decided not to use the smallest container in the caddy
and instead add the Interlocking Marker Organizer
This is great to organize your markers and tools.

Here it is! Ready for me to craft and start my holiday projects.

Thanks for stopping by today!

I hope you add this to your Christmas Wish List.
I am sure you will love it too.

Have a wonderful Holiday Season.

Rosie
